At the United Nations Global Compact network Singapore (GCNS) 20^th Anniversary event on 15^th January 2025, GCNS launched The Business Of Better Edition Booklet (A Unique Collection of SDG Driven Members Success Stories). 

Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat, as the guest of honour with The President of UN GCNS Dr Bicky Bhangu, CEO of SBF & VP of UN GCNS Mr Kok Ping Soon and Executive Director of UN GCNS Ms Ester Chang attended this remarkable celebrative event.

We are really proud to announce for the 2nd time in a row for Raffles Design College, their student Ms Sonpavorapong Sasipim the winner of the Singapore SDC Heats 2023/24 hosted by Matex in Singapore was further awarded the Grand Winner of the SDC 2023/24 International Design Competition hosted by SDC in York, UK on 8th November 2024.

As part of Matex’s continued ESG & CSR Program, we partnered ISS at their recent annual CLC Event 2024.

The GCNS 9^th Singapore Apex Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony took place on 04th October 2024! The Gala welcomed Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Manpower, as the Guest of Honour alongside business leaders and change makers to felicitate sustainability excellence.

Matex humbly emerged a winner of the prestigious 2024 Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards for the LowCarbonSG Category. It strongly reaffirms our path towards NET ZERO by 2049. Matex is committed and determined to continue to chart a greener path for itself working closely with its network and stakeholders.
